This is LEGO® set 8687-1 - Toa Phantoka Pohatu from the LEGO® Bionicle theme with 68 pieces, which came out in 2008.

This is a fun set to have and it's fun to play with as well. The build is very nice and easy and we also don't have to worry about stickers. The arms, the legs, the feet, the hands and the head can be moved. The cannon does sviwel as well and you can put 4 balls in it. You're also able to shoot the cannon and this weapon works very well. I also like Pohatu's propellers on each hand. Both propellers sviwel full 360°. On the back you can also see a piece which you can use to add a matoran figure from this theme (for example: set 8946 - Photok). I also like the gray and orange color on him but I think that Pohatu would have looked better if LEGO® used brown and tan pieces just like in the version we got in 2001. As I told you in the beginning: It's a fun set to have - even for pieces which you can use for future MOC's (My own creations) and/or brickfilms for sure.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
