The escape pod looks very simple. The ceiling can be removed, and you can put in the minifigs. There's a big engine on the bottom and some engine parts which do swivel. But there're no more features in this model...
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
