This is LEGO® set 8018 - Armored Assault Tank (AAT) from the LEGO® Star Wars™ theme with 407 pieces, which came out in 2009.

The AAT comes with a turret which turns a full 360°. The blaster swivels up and down. Also, the turrets on the left and right side does turn a full 360°. There're also flick-missiles which are put in the wrong position: Actually, the missiles are on the bottom, but LEGO® put a sticker instead. If you shoot the missiles out of the turrets, there won't be turrets anymore. The top of the turret can also be opened, but I would recommend you not to put any minifigure in there because the ceiling won't really close. On the inside of the AAT you can see a speeder bike for the droid which you can take out.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
