This set may doesn't do much, but it's a great addition to any LEGO® city you're working on. The 'cockpit' does sviwel and the container on the back can be moved up. This vehicle is very easy to manoeuvre as well. This set may be smaller than the dump trucks you've seen in the LEGO® City sets, but it's still a good set.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
