The handcar is very easy to build and a nice starter set. There's only one play feature in this set: we get two levers which do sviwel. This set doesn't include any tracks, but it fits on the tracks very nicely. Please note: there're NO rails included in this set!
This set came as an extra with the videogame 'LEGO® Loco'. It's a nice set to have, and I'm sure that you won't need longer than 5 minutes to build that model.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
I bought this product myself. Nothing has been sponsored by the LEGO® group or by third parties.
